My name is Brooks Kokkola, and I am 26 years old. I am originally from northern Utah, and over the years I’ve lived and worked in Houston, TX; Charlotte and Raleigh, NC; and now I’ve settled in Greenville, SC. I am passionate about traveling—feel free to ask me about it when I’m at your home!
I’ve been in the pest control industry for 6 years and I’m excited to take on the challenge of owning and operating my own company. I’m drawn to service-based work because I enjoy bringing something into people’s homes and lives that truly benefits them. I take pride in what I do and am committed to giving you the best service, tailored to your needs and expectations. I look forward to working with you!
Our Name
Our name carries two meanings.
Growing up in Utah, I took countless family trips to southern Utah—red rock, cacti, and heat that made for unforgettable weekends. The Joshua tree is a signature part of that desert landscape, and my siblings and I always raced to spot the first one on our drives.
It also honors my late brother, Josh. Josh was 5 years older than me. He introduced me to the pest control industry, and we spent several years working side by side before he passed away, just before his 30th birthday.
We often talked about starting a pest control company together. Now, through Joshua Tree Pest Control, I get to bring that shared dream to life and honor both him and the roots and memories of my home state, to the great state of South Carolina!
